Lower the price for Membership as long as there are lags

I am serious, i feel so dumb that i paid for membership, the whole month i was not able to play in the evening.
lower it, prolong it, give extra time for people who paid but could not pay, or whatever BUT DO SOMETHING !

this game could be great, if you want to keep saying "**** you" to the community go on, but population will decrease.

Lag? The client uses over 2gb of RAM in ten minutes then won't close.
Seems a waste of time playing peek-a-boo with infiltrators stalking every outdoor terminal and then staring at the loading screen sitting at 100%.

SoE give something back to make up for their blunders?
