help me plz

this is the error that i have:
"The downloaded file is incomplete or was corrupted. An update may be in progress. Please try again in 20-30 minutes."

this first happened yesterday, and I waited a couple hours and then tried again. l

my planetside2.exex64 and x86 are both gone, launcher tries to download it, but this happens.--------- l

the downloading restarts once it finishes.

help plz

Did you try to data validation tool in the launcher?

if nothing else works, uninstall it, reboot, re-install.

What Irathi said is a good idea, to validate open the launcher, then press the little wrench icon down the bottom left hand corner, then select the option that says "Validate Game Assets".

This checks to see that all the game files are ok, if anything is wrong it will redownload them.

I'm validating the files right now.

and the downloading reset
back to square one

Just checking, you using the standalone version right? Not steam version?

right. I'm not using steam

Lets start with these from previous people with same issues and how they resolved em, hopefully they'll help you. I'd say start with basics, make sure machine is clean of all malware etc, make sure you run as it as admin etc etc... more than likely some maleware throwing a spanner in your works

it is back up and functional, after completely deleting all of my files and reinstalling windows, then downloading planetside 2 again.
im soooooooooooooo happy
