What Are The Devs Even Doing?

    Dear SOE,

    I have currently noticed more than one performance issues on Planetside 2, is this because you guys are cross running the PlayStation 4 servers with the PC servers? If so, good luck with the new version of the game!

    Planetside 2 has always had a lot of issues, ironically the work they're doing to push it to ps4 should benefit pc players a lot. And as far as I know there is a seperate team working on the PS4 version.

    not anymore. They merged PS4 code and PC code with the valk patch.

    If they managed to divide the codebase up like that and abstracted away all the windows-specific calls, you know what that means... LINUX VERSION LINUX VERSION LINUX VERSION!
