Welcome to the server Check out the recruitment threads for the various outfits and see which one best fits you. Also go join random public squads and keep track of the outfits you see and have good experiences with. There are lots of outfits so finding one won't be hard. Just remember to be friendly to everyone you meet and never be rude to anyone no matter the reason.
