I thought the standing order in most squads still was "NEVER EVER use Squad Deploy!!!". Or has the bug that adds 1,5 minute to the beacon timer (for the squad leader) every time someone use Squad Deploy on a spawn beacon been fixed?
2 days ago I was flying a scythe. An enemy instant actions and his drop pod hit my scythe. We both died but all he lost was waiting 2 minutes to instant action, (Even though he could re-spawn on the territory from the map) While I lost a scythe and had to wait for a sunderer or run/drive there...
