Hi SOE, This issue hit me previously but went away by itself. Recently it's come back. Symptom: Playing game, then client will randomly minimize (as if alt-tabbed). No other programs need to be open for this bug to occur. No keystrokes or clicks when game minimizes. This is very annoying as it often happens during crucial gunfights or exchanges. Anyone run into this and have a quick fix?
It does that to me too. I even reverted my video drivers to a Windows Certified one. I have a feeling it started after the 64-bit support was added. When it happens I have to kill the process in the Task Manager.
I think I fixed it... Checked the Run As Admin box in the x86, x64, and LaunchPad Application Files' Properties in the Planetside 2 folder.
It's always done this, I've lost so many scythes this way I don't think it's an issue with Planetside, it's something wrong with my computer. It does it with other applications. Like for example when I'm watching a youtube video fullscreen, sometimes my taskbar pops up on the bottom
