    Is this actually a "bug"? I've been seeing these fairly regularly for ages, I'd always assumed it was a cheap way to freshen up familiar spots, as well as add a very basic bit of "weather"/environment information beyond SAND/ICE/******* HILLS EVERYWHERE which is all we usually have.

    Apologies if I am getting the wrong end of an already explained stick.
