  4. faykid

    1. Biolabs (old and new both), e.g. Allatum
    2. Amp stations (old more than new), e.g. Nott
    3. Unusual big outposts, e.g. Lithcorp Secure Mine, Splitpeak Pass, Quarts Ridge Camp, Terran BL-4 Crash Site, etc.
  5. icegnome

    My top three bases/outposts:
    1. Crimson Bluff Tower
    2. Indar Excavation
    3. East River Sky Station

My liking bases is linked to how well I know the base, and that usually comes down to how long it's been since a warpgate rotation.
    • Up x 1
  6. geekrider

    1) Howling Pass Checkpoint
    2) The Bastion
    3) Any non-Esamir Tech Plant
  7. Demetrios

    My top 3 bases / outposts :

    1. Nott AMP Station
    2. The Bastion
    3. Splitpeak pass
    • Up x 1
  11. Arod

    1. Auraxis Firearms Corp.
    2. Esamir Munitions Corp.
    3. Eli Forest Pass.
    • Up x 1
  12. Witblitz

    Top 3
    1. Quartz Ridge Camp (Indar)
    2. Crossroads (Indar)
    3. Ti Alloys (Indar)
    Reasons...
The area between Quartz Ridge and Indar Excavation site creates an awesome platform for a war between two factions.
The same reason between Crossroads and Xenotech/Broken Arch, as well as between Ti Alloys and The Crown/Allatum.
I think the main reason why they work so well, the distances between them are minimal, I'd like to see more structures closer together for a more intense and aggressive deployment strategy.
  13. SLiCKRiCK

    1.) Quartz Ridge
    2.) Crimson Bluff
    3.) The Bastion
    • Up x 1
  14. Ultramarine

I like bases that feel like bases, and ones that aren't copied and pasted into several locations with a tweak or two (I'm talking to you towers).
    1: East River Sky Station
    2: The Octagon
    3: The Bastion
    • Up x 2
  15. SLiCKRiCK

I agree with this statement. Unique bases are much more interesting. However, I do like towers ;)
  16. Elrohur

    1. Amp station beside Freyr
    2. Snake Ravine
    3. Every base not on Esamir

Had an hard time sorting that out. All the bases kinda suck in their way. Having trees in front of turret, being shot by the next base 500m away, walls on esamir, the kind of stupid purple stalacmites / rocks / hills in the middle of the base.
  17. toxs

    1. Bastion
    2. Any tower
    3. Any tower
  18. axiom537

    1. Sierro Listening Post
    2. Crossroads
    3. Crux Head Quarters

    * However, it is not necessarily the Bases themselves, but the open areas around them and the bases across from these bases, that make for nice back and forth combined arms fights.
  19. Ultramarine

I meant to add that by "Bases that feel like bases" I meant places that were built defensible and difficult to navigate, like any military base would
  20. Dalek

    My top three bases/outposts:
    1. Indar Communications Array
    2. Quartz Ridge Camp
    3. Hvar Northern Garrison
