Please give the SAW Soft point Ammo as a equiptable option.

    Every bullet Matters, And with the SAW's recoil this holds true.

    High velocity Ammo Gives it More Range, and higher recoil/Bullet travel speed(its better for longer ranges especially when you have x4 and x6 scopes on it.)

    Soft Point ammo Increases the "kill zone" of the gun, while not effecting The Recoil at all, but the bullet moves slower.(Makes it better for Medium to Mid-long range).


    All I am asking is That the SAW should have Soft Point ammo as a Equiptabe option To High Velocity Ammo.

    But in all seriousness, the god SAW would be a 5 shot kill with NW if this were implemented. This is unbalanced and OP.

    I find ammo types to be almost entirely irrelevant.

    For example:
    • SAW (normal)
      • 10m: 200 damage
      • 20m: 196
      • 40m: 187
      • 80m: 169
    • SAW (high velocity)
      • 10m: 200
      • 20m: 196
      • 40m: 188 (+1)
      • 80m: 173 (+4)
    • SAW (soft point) <- what OP is asking for
      • 10m: 200
      • 20m: 198 (+2)
      • 40m: 188 (+1)
      • 80m: 169
    I don't think soft point should necessarily be added, just on principle. But it seems like it wouldn't matter even if it was (and honestly has less synergy with the SAW's strengths than High Velocity Ammo.)

    Numbers from my own weapons sheet, plus I used these values for how ammo types manipulate damage. So softpoint extends max damage range by 5m and HighVel extends min range by 10m.

    soft point works for short range weapons because they have worse than normal damage drop off and it counters that for an extra few meters. It would do almost nothing for a long range weapon as they already have good damage drop characteristics.

    lolwut? SPA doesn't give more damage, it just makes damage dropoff start at a larger distance

    Actually, any FPS has a much faster TTK than this one, except for the arena types

    I found it pretty decent for CQC actually :p

    God Saw is fine, its a really good gun, doesn't need to be changed.

    Don't you guys know? only bots use default weapons!

    Also I don't know why you guys insist on calling it the "god" saw when it has lower DPS than the other starter LMGs and has awful moving/sustained accuracy.
