Ultimately, I was fascinated by your claim that you were superior at playing NC MAX - IIRC, you claimed that twice despite the disparity in statistics which you evaluated and used to justify your position of superiority and on more than one occassion calling me out as an awful NC MAX. For all I know, you could kick my **** playing your style. I simply come from a position where I have used all but one NC MAX AV, AA and AI weapon extensively with a large amount of kills on each while minimising deaths. While K/D in PS2 to me is meaningless and I wish it were removed, it was above 12 when the ESRL's were released and I decided to play more HA as I was a little bored with the NC MAX. It dropped down to around 8 even though my HA K/D was still around 5. I've been playing FPS multiplayer since DOOM - the birth of MP. I consider myself well above average. If I was to face an opponent like Glorinn, I'd expect to die many more times than I was able to kill him. I like to think I don't over exaggerate my ability. I don't believe I've belittled your ability, I've just questioned your position given your stats versus mine. If I were to face you as TR/VS, I would attempt to out-range you. If you had cover and/or played intelligently, it would end as a stalemate. While on all my characters I have a much larger K/D against opposing MAX, it's based more on intelligent engagement over skill.
You.. who are accusing me of bringing in irrelevant stats, are quoting K/D? Really? That stat who everybody wishes were taken out, and who every player who has played for more then an hour knows to be irrelevant? And if you bothered to look at my stats, you would see I play Heavy the most, with the MAX class following. And speaking of irrelevant stats.. accuracy? Really? You do realize that accuracy is a pretty horrible indication of skill, as people fire blanks into the air, or use it for suppressing fire. I'm not saying I am better then you in PlanetSide 2... I'm saying I'm better then you at the NC MAX, which, if you look at the title, is the whole point of this argument. PS: My first language is Korean, English is something I picked up six years ago.
You would kick my *** because A. I don't have Mattocks, or even dual Scatts. And B. I said "if the range suited you", as in more range then I could get into from a Charge. And "the disparity in statstics"? Pretty much the only remotely accurate statistics are the killboards monitored over an X amount of time.

I pointed out K/D because you play 25% of time as a MAX, a class which usually have a high K/D ratio. So, it is actually relevant in this case. I don't shoot in the sky like a ******. Suppression fire is a joke in this game (like in most games). You wanted to point out stats. Because looking at killboard is not even a stat. It's a tiny sample of the game. It means nothing in a statistical point of view. I will be the first to admit that stats don't mean much, but you got us there with your attitude and your "killboard" argument. So now, tell me which stats are relevant ? Except killboard of course, we got your message. I won't ask you about the other things I pointed out, I'm sure that, with some time, you will find a good explanation to them. Your "Pro" guide praise the hacksaw : I don't consider the Hacksaw as the perfect NC AI weapons. It was the easy mode and then got nerfed. I can't understand how a weapons wich such spread, and so situational can be praised, especially from a person considering himself as a pro. You still think that your a better MAX player than I am but you have 201 XP/min in this class where I have 272... Again, I used XP boost month ago but I did most of my leveling without it. So, what metric will show me your a better MAX player that I am ? I am an average player. Why can't you admit the same ? Congratulation for your skill in English, player of Mattherson.
My first language is English and I apologise for how terrible I am at it ... (well I won't apologise for the use of s and u's in words however ... take that 'merica! ). I live in my MAX suit ... I also like to still play PS2 like its PS1 (eg I run ... a lot, esp after resourcing changes -_- and shout out to the PS1'ers ) so my stats reflect that, both good and bad. What really matters is when asked "hold this spot/defend here" ... I hold like a barnacle on steroids... and engineers flock to me like flys to poop... But I also do things like suppression/area cover when ordered or other fun things makes the game enjoyable cause I like a laugh, but ultimately on "Paper" as it were my accuracy takes a hit for it, who cares. In the end I'm known for being the last one alive holding a position, usually MAX punching my way out of base .. as normally its lack of bullets that kills me more than the enemy does ... which is also reflected in my stats (466 souls sacrificed to the MAX fist gods and counting .. or see 19 DAYS in MAX...or 453 hours...can we stop the measuring now? Its childish.). Calling yourself a "PRO" made this an uphill battle from the get go (maybe more specialist based on the above statement/experience) ...and personally like to keep the mantra"overspecialize and you breed in weakness. Its a slow death." An expert is someone who knows their field, a pro is someone who excels in that field(or paid if you go by sports basis) usually utilizing that experts knowledge (Yay teamwork!). Personally I would never claim to be an expert/pro on any MAX (but I would claim to spend a lot of time in my second skin sharing that knowledge if asked), so instead of bickering about situational data, focus on sharing the knowledge anyone has on MAX (NC in particular ... screw those other ones .... what? ... I'm NC through and through baby ), as doing so helps us all, and I'd always be happy to do that . TLDR; Any statistic without relevant cross examination/situational data and identical/control scenarios will always be flawed. Its great you shared some knowledge based on your experience and how to utilize some weapons specifically. But claiming to be a MAX expert/PRO put yourself on this pedestal which has slowly become a funeral pyre, at this point ... you need let it burn out rather than stacking the wood yourself (eg stop arguing the hole is deep enough).
Thanks BITES, I'll do just that. I'm sick and tired of bringing up old arguments again, and again, and again. And the other guys bringing up old arguments again, and again, and again. But before I stop.. one last one.
Again: K/D ration DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING. For me, because those other 75 percent of the time I spend outside the MAX suit, I usually serve as cannon fodder for my Outfit and Platoon. It doesn't matter if I spend 80 percent of my time in a MAX suit, it's still not relevant. Now, if they had a MAX-specific K/D, that would be a whole another story. Most of my time with a MAX suit is getting in a Galaxy, waiting for that Galaxy to take off, then dropping out of the Galaxy. Experience per minute being relevant? Not so much. It is about as flawed as your K/D and accuracy argument. I praise the Hacksaw, but I also listed the cons.. I never, ever said Hacksaws are the "perfect AI weapon", don't put words in my mouth. And why the hell can't you shoot in the sky like a ****** when you can replenish that ammo easily?
Because I don't need to... Also, I put great effort these years to stop acting like a ******. I may be the weirdo here, but for me, the real question is : why do you need to shoot in the sky ? It is more a rhetorical question, you don't have to answear. Also, I'm tired of this. I will stop to stack wood on our respective pyres, to use the analogy of BITES.
The only needed requirement to play a NC MAX efficiently: Balls. The mindset is 100% different compared to the rest of MAX'es.

Calling a guy a "child" and then posting the wrong stats won't help you seem any more like an adult. As you yourself said, "This child has no respect."
