patch notes guys, they removed the guns to reduce clutter. You can still cert them from the equip screen.
What? This can't be right... i'm pretty sure it's some kind of bug. Also, dafuq is "equip screen"? If i click on weapon itself, it only shows different veapon variants and attachments. No certs there either.
I've checked every way to do this previously from terminals to loadout screens and I can't find a way. This is definitely bugged for me as well.
You click on the small boxes where it shows what attachments are in use, and it brings up all the avalailble ones at the bottom of the screen. Its the same with infantry weapons. I don't like the new setup because you can only see the next rank up will cost in certs and not all of them.
