You read that wrong. Quality of life changes does not mean "performance and bugs". Actually Higby specifically stated that it's stuff which are NOT bugs, but would make in-game life easier.
Nothing. Guess all the guys designing important new crap like hats and stuff are on vacation... they cant do squad for a week or two and focus on "quality of life" instead. Yeah, right.
