    There is a difference between OP and annoying.

    Long reload and 4 shot magazine gives it roughly the same theoretical dps (or even slightly lower). If you want, go ahead and nerf reload some more.

    Pretty much. Just identify outliers. Granted, it isn't a perfect system, but it still provides a pretty accurate picture.
