    On base cap mechanics:
    Imo they're done at a level that is completely inadequate to the task of providing a fun experience. Having facility control systems for spawn, term, etc. that need to be taken over to take over the base, can be hacked to speed up the takeover, or can be destroyed to deny the availability of those functions to everyone, would add a lot of strategy to the game. And all of the discussions about cap timers, etc also apply to that approach, so win win.
