They've added Koltyr to the alert system a few months ago when there weren't enough people to warrant opening a full sized cont. Though it doesn't actually get shown on the map screen that an alert is going on, you need to look at the global map. Because of that nobody goes there and it's still a steamroll, I would love to fight at Koltyr but since it isn't intuitive an alert is happening it's still a ghost town.
Shows on map now ! (weird) I'm in an Alert, the only player there, I wonder if the Alert gives rewards? I wonder the base captures give rewards too? I'll let you know EDIT-> ok, so no resources, but some iso, cert, A7.
