Max rank adds an extra 5 seconds of flight time to Drifter Jets. I could be wrong, I counted in my head.
I don't really see any point in it. Fuel shortage has never been a problem, speed always was. Especially if it requires us to give up a whole suit slot for a meager boost of up to 20%. It's nice to have options, but I don't see myself using it in any combat scenario.
Doubling up on Iridar, here. Only use I might see out of it is maybe when you're playing Bail Assault. Other than that, save your certs for C4 instead.
Only times I ever use it is for towerstomping. Beyond that not many places in the game utilize height shifting nearly as much. That ALSO being said, towers are pretty common. So idk
This. A boost to vertical and/or horizontal speed (depending on jets) would be something worth equipping. I think a 25% increase at maximum rank would be balanced. As it stands, I get more out of having extra magazines or grenades.
flight suit vs adrenaline pump is a hard decision as far a mobility goes. Overall, more dakka ammo or grenades is more usefull.
