This is actual proof, i know name and shame is not allowed but i think that this should be an exception.

Not defending anything or anyone here but could it be possible that he was trying to kill that VS sniper on top of the hill on your left and that you died by being in the line of fire?

No, and that was an NC sniper.

Even IF he was aiming past me that was way too far out for a gauss saw. his model wasnt even big enough to discern, only his tracers, i doubt he saw that sniper or my shimmer

Watched it again and it would appear that I misread the mini-map, if the infiltrator is NC then it's indeed a very suspicious kill.
