It's actually Korean. Asian languages as explained by my friend from South Korea Korean - you can make smily faces with the letters Chinese - big scary blocks of death! Japaneses - lots of curves and spacing, also barrows characters/letters from other two sometimes.
They're hitting all of them. Radar poster on an earlier thread that they're angry they cracked down on them in other game forums.
I know it's not chinese. Didn't knew it was korean specifically though; but there's so many variations. Even in chinese, there's both simplified and traditional, and there is so many ways to write one thing it changes from place to place. The languages explanation made me laugh though
