At this point, I don't think can still be called a bug. It's pretty much a permanent feature now. It seems to be mostly random. Sometimes, I'll start the game and it's not working from the get go. Sometimes, it'll stop working 5 minutes, 10 minutes or half an hour into the game. It's not the tabs either. Both General and Outfit will stop showing chat from myself or other players.
Region is the only problem for me. It happens when theres lots of players. Btw does region chat go to all team mates on the continent or only to territory?
just in that territory, the only global chat is /orders, not counting specific things like command chat.
