I agree. The video needs to show just the 'bug' and nothing else. As for the bug, it looks to me like a very bad case of lag.
How much Ram do you have Bob? I have 4Gb and sometimes when i spawn, I get the same kind of lag\stutter. It always works itself out after a few seconds. SOE recommends 6Gb Ram. I'm inclined to agree with them.
It looked to me like when you were lagging very badly, you tried to spawn a flash and it spawned without putting you on it. When you jumped down to get on the flash, it went away. Thats what I could gather he was getting at, hard to tell from the 2 fps you seemed to be getting at the time with the lag. I don't think this was a bug as it seemed to be more lag related than anything.
Your problem seems to be hardware related since you lag on and off though out the video. With the first phase of OMFG coming out soon you might see an increase but if you don't you should consider upgrading your PC.
