I submitted a ticket for account deletion yet I got no reply. Is it that hard to wipe my account clean?
No offense intended Ben, but where are you from? Wondering cause you seem to missunderstand most things written in english.
Malaysia, and as I means is. They can't delete your account, as they can't restore a account that delete by a bug. Means they don't has a ways/permission to do that.
Why would you want your account deleted? The company you bought anything from stores your transactions for a long time anyway because of accounting laws and regulation. You can delete your credit card info from your SOE page, change the account name to a fake name etc if you are not using it. Just dont use the account anymore after removing billing info... Done.
