Outfit logo decals and Decals

We used to accept decals and outfit decals under the same category: Decals.
We are making a change.

Since decals almost never make enough money to pay for the cost of adding them to the game, we are going to discontinue all decals except outfit logo decals.

A note about outfit logos: some of you made your outfit logo out of clip art. This needs to be redesigned and redrawn by your artist before you can submit it. You can't license us the rights to put someone's clipart in our game. And we can't put it in the game. Keep the same basic idea but redraw it.
