Hello people. I've tried to submit this cosmetic turret to player studio and I am getting a strange error message pertaining to my screenshot submission. I understand that cosmetic turrets have not been accepted in the past, but I figure I might as well try with the big updates coming out. "Failed to convert to JPEG, file: _screenshot.jpg Expected files are: 1 Submission Text file (.txt), 1 Screenshot (.jpg), 1 Mesh file (.obj/fbx 3250 maximum polys). i tried submitting stuff not too long ago, same error, even when to cut the poly budget by half and still got the error. cant really do anything for the time being unfortunately.
Have you been able to submit anything before this? How long ago did you submit the stuff? I wonder if it's something wrong with my images or if it's a systematic issue on their side. Do they require a specific resolution or type of .jpg image?
