Hi, So I uploaded a decal a while back and it's in pending assignment process. I was just wondering when or if it gets implemented into the game, what faction will be able to purchase/unlock it? Can it be available to all factions or is it faction specific because of its colours? Many thanks for answers provided. Regards.
depends on the decal, if its obvious what faction it is itll probs be locked to that, if not it might be open.
