I used to be an avid player but decided to take a break and have recently come back. Loving the game! And have been grinding out the season rewards, However I've noticed that since coming back I'm not getting any gear rewards or crates for leveling I've gone from around rank 20 to around rank 30 and have received nothing. Initially I thought this was just the way the game was now and that perhaps leveling up no longer unlocked gear or crates but then my friend started playing and has been getting all the gear and crates, frustrating me no end. Any kind of help with this would be great I checked the support section of the daybreak site but couldn't see category this problem fit under. Thanks in advance for any help TLDR; Not receiving any gear (grey gear) or crates for leveling
