The developers know there is a limited amount of times they can apologize and make empty promises about fixing the game before players get tired of waiting and start leaving the game. Just look at comments on Twitter. Facebook and here on the forums - 90% of them are negative and Daybreak simply stopped replying. They will not fix anything and they know lying to the community has stopped working. No one believes them.
