Why still don't have basic elements from other battle royale games?

    Why still in H1Z1 on PS4 don't have basic elements from other battle royale games?

    Examples:
    - window in game to send suggestion and bugs
    - fist fighting
    - choosing starting location on map
    - refuel vehicle
    - night on map
    - choosing fire mode in weapon
    - change view/camera

    Now must be first ffa mode and new skins than basic elements?.
