What's your favorite small race?

Halflings, they have a very long history in the roleplaying world going way back to Dungeons & Dragons. They are an interesting race that have many interesting aspects to them. They are fun to play!

Fae all the way. Honestly, if there are no Fae in the game, I will not be so inclined to play. Fae really introduced a whole new fantasy feel to Norrath for me.

Definitely gnomes are the race I choose. I have played gnomes in any MMO's and find them a very fun and interesting small race to play.

I don't usually play the shorter races but i did play a gnome in eq2 and a halfling in eq (not mains). My big concern with shorties in eqN is all the jumping over of things that we see in the video. Is a gnome going to be able to jump over a log and if so is it going to look rediculous.

This is one area that I'm glad I don't know in depth the lore from EQ1. I'm not hung up on having Tunare in EQN. I hope that none of the 'gods' are missing; all the gods are present and different than what was in the first 2 IP products. Other than mechanics I don't care what kind of story they give us for small races or gods.

I really want to know how they are going to do the creation stories of some of the races. Tunare made the High and Wood elves, Inny took the High elf Queen & King Thex and made the Darkelves from them. Queen Thex made the Arasai from Fae buds she took from their place of growth. So with those 2 gods gone how are the new stories going to go. I normally RP a Darkelf that worships Inny her race's father. So not sure how I feel about these changes. The ones that created races should still be there IMO.

The question needs reworded... "Which of the FOLLOWING races is your favorite?" The question as it stands is discriminate against Dwarves. This question isn't "what should be the next small race confirmed" it's a simple what's your favorite and then doesn't list dwarf.

Just out of curiosity what is the point of this poll?

The Loser doesn't make it into the game or gets a delayed release?

Would be helpful to know the true purpose of this poll.

Maybe it's just a filler so SOE can watch us Trolololol ourselves.

Cause dwarves are a medium race by most standards.

Ratanoga had their own poll and were high desired, so them getting a vote seemed like it would be a waste. I picked the far, they're probably the most unique of player races on the list.

Though honestly, my first choice would have been kobolds >_>

Gonna have to go with Frogloks just for the uniqueness of them! Rats are pretty cool too though...

Humanoids just don't give me that excitement that beast races do -- they make it feel like more of a fantasy to me. Talking frogs and rats...just imagine!

If Arasai count, then that's my vote. Arasai was my favorite small race.

but them being confirmed has nothing to do with the question as it stands, it just asks what's your favorite small race and then lists all but the noble Dwarf.
