Week End Wrap Up - October 9

Hello Landmarkians,

Well, another week is in the books and I have a few things to talk about!

We had a small update this week to add in a number of new Halloween props and materials to help support all of those amazing things you all build! Check out the update notes if you haven't seen them. We also unlocked a new island on the Museum world for the Halloween Party. We'll be touring that island later this month during our Halloween Party to see the wacky, cool, creepy and otherwise awesome things your imaginations came up with for Halloween.

This Tuesday, we also started the Halas Competition for the Workshop so that you can start submitting those things you've been working on for the past few weeks. If you haven't seen the rules or the styleguide, I highly suggest taking a look!

There was a Workshop Show this week. If you haven't had a chance to check it out, you should. Rosie, Josh, Alen & Chris definitely had a ton of fun talking with everyone who was in chat.

In non-Landmark (but definitely related) news, Daybreak is in the process of moving our Studio here in San Diego! The first groups are being moved today and the last groups will be moved a week from today. This is going to be great and a lot of fun for us, but it definitely brings with it a bit of disruption to our normal days and procedures. Please bear with us while things are in flux and we'll get everything back to business-as-usual just as quickly as we can. One of those disruptions is to the Workshop Show. It will be on a brief hiatus while we get everything (including our streaming studios) setup in the new location. Once that is all good to go, we'll get the next one scheduled and let everyone know when it will be.
