Zealot's Challenge, Prestige Taunt?

    So I picked up the new prestige taunt, Zealots Challenge. It can only be cast every 3 min, but appears to do next to nothing. Right now Im finding Rescue, Provocation, and Sneering Assault all to be more effective...

    I find it does well for damage, nothing for threat, and gets resisted 75% of the time in heroics
