I think she was refering to the fact any the annoying people play both PvE and PvP they aren't excusive to PvP. Also, there are plenty of intelligent, mature coherent people who play PvP. She just used perhaps not the best word choice and has admitted the matter.
My choice of verbiage was heavy handed... but I stand by my assertion. Salmastryon has the gist of it, but regardless, people's choice of entertainment type does not automatically drop them into the scum bucket. Yes they chose to PVP... and that's neither wrong nor repugnant.
