You need to setup a subscription

    "You need to setup a subscription" is the message I get everytime I try to log into my account, I get a link to the support page where i can see my susbciption status, but even though it says I still have gold access my account is not accessible.
    Anyone know where to update, or what to do to make it work? Thanks in advance.
