I'm not sure why I am having so much trouble locating these quest items but In 2019, Week 1 I believe, I can't find the item in Trade Center. Any help would be appreciated. I have to say the quests from Yun Zi are extremely boring. Can't wait till I finish them Thank you.

I believe you mean Trade Court and I seem to remember item is on roof of temple so you need to go right to the back of zone and go up sand ramp to reach roof.
