xp bonus holiday / weekend?

    Did a quick search didn't see the question or answer (but haven't had my tea yet).

    Will there be double XP holiday/weekend coming up?

    In keeping with the new spirit of things, they were planning on an enhanced XP weekend but after hearing the outcry from people shouting about how unfair it would be for people to level quickly and not savor all the sumptuous new content, instead changed their minds -- and thus we are now getting a reduced XP weekend.

    From 9:42 AM on Friday to 11:03 PM Sunday Pacific Wirewhisker Time, all XP in EQ2 will be 1/5th of normal.

    Looks like I'm off to play Rift for a few days (its free to play too). ;p

    I'd like to know as well. even if its only for players that are still doing the < 95 content. I'd like to get at least 1 of my characters to 95 :).
