Worth speccing for runspeed whilst levelling?

    Hi
I am currently levelling up a Dirge and I've been switching specs between having max DPS and limited runspeed (4/4/6... + no LoN) and lesser DPS and full runspeed (4/4/8... + 5/5 LoN).
I can't decide if its quicker to level with talented runspeed for quicker travel, or better dps and slower movement.
Has anyone got an opinion on which is the fastest method when levelling up?
    TIA

PS. I'm guessing "buy a horse and spec DPS" is probably the best combination, but I don't have the SP for that yet!

Since the vast majority of leveling these days is really soloing, and a large chunk of quests are just mainly timesinks having you run back and forth between NPC's, runspeed is of course a major plus. Once you get 80 and into the "real" game, especially as you start to raid, then you can switch points as needed. For example I gave up 2 of my Bard speed points to complete rhythym blade.

Some of us think the real game ends at 80 (though achievements help to extend it).

Thats a hell of a lot of dungeons and gear you would never see!

Don't forget your jboots... they stack with selos and the extra 10 runspeed helps :).
