Needs change to 1 min recast so it can be usable during the raids with Illusionist TW otherwise its crap to miss all that stuff cuz 15 secs longer recast than TW is!!!
I raid an Illusionist and have no issues synching up Time Warp with our Wizards Fiery Blast. Ask your Illy to hold 20 seconds, it's really not that bad. Wizards are already really powerful.
it's actualy not that easy, as delaying TW means to delay PoM as well unless you don't care about optimising the reset (btw does PoM get doubled by TW?) also depending on the script you may want to hold off with FB for a few seconds for that next add wave or similar. best way to go, is to give your illus an ACT Trigger or similar so they know when you want the next TW (if they care)
That is what ours does, considering I am that Illusionist currently. We have a timer for all our illusionists that when the wizard hits <<FB>> it triggers a timer so they know when FB is off cooldown.
