I like the ideas of the old colony isle and the discarded race starter villages. Extra points if the villages have working zone points to the same locations as before.
I don't know if someone else requested this yet but can we have this house with a picket fence in Elddar Grove as a Prestige house? I really love the Qeynos buildings and it will be my dream house to have, pretty please with cherry on top?

I'd like if the New Temple of Cazic Thule zone could become a Prestige House. It was from the Greenmist Questline. Would just be a small one but I'd always like to see more Iksar themed places.
I remember they had the baubbleshire on the poll list but didn't win, but this house is in Elddar Grove so I'm crossing fingers if it comes true.
I'd love to start seeing Prestige Guildhalls (Separate from the highkeep one) some that may be good is: -Riverdale Guildhall -Kelethin Guildhall -Village of shin Guildhall etc. and along with that, Prestige Amenities/Guild Hall Items.
It would be great if we could get prestige versions of the rest of the city houses. Thanks to LoN, we have prestige versions of the Freeport and Qeynos homes, New Halas, and Gorowyn. It would be great to get the other 3 in there. Not new homes, I know, but having a rent-free version with a portal would be fantastic, wouldn't have to make any modifications to the house layout.
Absolutely! I'm really shocked that they didn't include all of them as options, frankly...it might entail putting in a new area, like the one for New Halas and Gorowyn (come to think of it, even Qeynos; there's that door in the Mage Tower that actually works now, but I know there's doors here and there that don't lead to anything, yet...); not sure about where Freeport's access is...I guess it would mean putting in a "new" zone, even if the layout was the same? :-/ And isn't the Court of the Master kind of like one for Maj'Dul? Would be nice to LoN it, though. ;-> Uwk
The ability to convert city homes to prestige homes. Seriously. Sell me an sc bauble that works like an item expander to make any home rent free and capable of having portals.
I really think there should be a way to Un-attune prestige homes so you can move them on another character on your account, I would even love to be able to transfer houses to people not on the same account, providing there's no no-trade/heirloom stuff in the house. My husband for example won't decorate at all and keeps getting highly sought after LoN prestige homes that just sit there collecting dust.

I thought the LoN homes were Heirloom? Ah, but of course, if he doesn't need/want 'em on any of his characters, that doesn't help... :-/ Suggestion: buy him a character slot that you use, then /claim 'em and decorate 'em to your heart's content? Might be an issue if you two ever broke up (heaven forfend!), but barring that... ;-> I've also heard you can Trade LoN loot, but I'm not sure how/where. :-/ Uwk
haha all good idea's and I am sure he would give me trustee to decorate! but it's not quite the same as ownership hehe you can trade LON but not the free packs, I wish they would let us though!
This would be awesome but I had heard in homeshow channel one day that if you put 4 of the treasure hoard items in your house then your house would be rent free (each one is 25% reduction). I did this to 2 houses and it works. But buy 4 of these from loyalty merchant means 40 tokens. I would have bought a sc bauble or the treasure hoards so I could save my tokens for gear and other goodies.
I definitely would love the starter isles and the starter villages from Freeport and Qeynos. I'd like them to include the cool decorations inside that each of the areas had (statues, fountains, whatever). And I would like all the buildings be in there and be useable for decorating. My most desired one is Castleview Hamlet.
There are a few Maj'Dul styled homes in the Prestige market, but not quite the same as the upscale rented one, particularly for breakout. I happen to like that the actual rentable Maj'Dul home's color scheme is a bit more muted than the Maj'Dul-styled homes in the Prestige Market. If the Legends Five-Bedroom Home card could be styled to buy a home in any major city, I think that would do the trick. I've already gotten my Freeport and Qeynos homes through that route, having gotten 2 of that loot card. I've thus far picked up every available LoN house. While I love the specialized challenges of the themed Prestige homes, having the standard houses is nice too. Paying the rent isn't a terrible bother, but having a portal object would make all the difference in the world. And I would second the motion for a SC bauble you could buy that would convert homes into prestige versions, or at least unlock portal object availability for that home.
Well, there you go! A Marketplace SC item, "House Portal," that could be applicable to any house. Maybe only one, like the Expanders, but you make it cheap enough, like the Expanders... /shrug On the other hand, I remember the nightmares they went through trying to get the housing "portal" in the Guild Halls sorted out; I'm still having issues with it right now, like one alt on Test that's given Trustee access to all her homes (quite a few) to all my other alts, and the only ones that are showing up on the Guild Hall housing portal these days are two of them, neither of which are prestige; wonder if that means something... :-/ Uwk
Granted I would have to find a way to incorporate into RP since I played on AB. I wouldn't mind having a house based on New Tunaria. I find the whole zone lovely, something that has the outside beauty as well inside would make me happy.
