i would like to see Willow Woods minus houses, just hills and ponds, and the trees are optional.

I also would like to see Willow Wood but I like the houses so maybe thay could be an option. Like the treehouse to place where you like and then decorate.

Hmm! Sell the land and houses separately (hear that, o devs? Mo-ney... ;->)?

That would be awsome! my ready made Irish stone cottage, or log cabin next to the little waterfall pond in the comming Oakmist home.

    Personal Fortress
Basically, T3/T4 guild hall island with walls and towers but no structure inside.

    Modified Storm Isle
I really want to work with the one that exists, but it's all wrong. Get rid of the tower and make it an island plateau sitting on top of low to medium cliffs, maybe a path leading down to a small beach type of area. Better yet, halfway down the path, an entrance to a cave system under the plateau. Crashing waves and thunder please.

    Bunker
Small piece of land, maybe the size of the current Vale of Halfpint Delight. Small pillbox-like structure with stair leading to an underground complex of rooms, perhaps even 2 stories deep.

    Treehouse
Think Ewok village. Small huts interconnected by suspended walkways among large trees. Alternately, a small section of Kelethin, with 2-4 platforms and open-air huts or acorns with large doorless entries.

    Halls of Fate
The round room with ramps along the outside where you find Sothis or Jintiz the Catalogeur along with the 2 rooms at either end and the back room under the ramps.

    Small Hua Mein Retreat
The Hua Mein island in Stonebrunt Highlands with the small pond and just a few trees plus a nice flat area in the middle for those who would choose to build structures. The existing Hua Mein retreat is beautiful but just too big (especially for the low item count) and has very little flat open area for structures without building over the water.

    Village of Shin
I love the entire theme. Something in this style with a reasonably sized home (the homes in the zone are tiiiiiiny). Bonus points for including the pond with footbridge and gazebo. Could probably take the back end of the zone near the cave leading to Mystic Lake and shorten it so the shore and water are where the rice paddies currently begin. Then replace the house with something bigger or leave a flat area to build on.

    General Requests
Keep homes that have pre-existing structures or that are completely interior more friendly to 'skinning' or else provide a palette of options for floor, wall and ceiling for all homes.
Update the current floor wall and ceiling options to better compete with the more pleasing textures and designs of crafted tiles and dividers.

PLEASE GIVE US A NEW HALAS STYLE SMALL GUILD HALL SIMILAR TO THE OTHER HOUSING AVAILABLE THERE. I will ask for this one until it becomes reality or EQ2 is taken completely offline.

Awesome, all, Srai, though I don't recognize all of 'em and think some can already be kind of done using breakouts in existing areas, but I completely agree with you on the Guild Hall styles, and I think everyone else pretty much does, too: the style should match that of the city they're in, somehow (though I think making the South Qeynos T2 look like the Lion's Head Inn would be a downgrade, IMHO). It's a cool thing to maybe get Cristiana's (or however it's spelled) palace in Neriak as a prestige house, but what if that was the Neriak Guild Hall instead? Or, for all of us who've wondered what Himself's floating palace looks like on the inside (probably fairly spiffy): make the Commonlands T3 look like that (or maybe keep the T3s as the "generic" good/evil, since they're outside the cities), or have the Freeport T2 be a smaller version; less rooms, perhaps, but not a place where the Overlord would feel cramped. ;->

wondering what a T2 Guild Hall would look like in Kelethin...hopefully with better floors/ceilings/walls for item placement :-/

The best of my dream home on EQ2 - If I can get this in the Oakmist home, I'll be happy. It Yoru's house in Antonica. Perfect and proportionate for most of the normal sized character races IMO.

It also reminds me of a number of the "outsider" buildings put up by the traders in the Island of Mara, across the water from the inhabitants. Those are pretty cool, too. :)

I like our prestige house choices but I would pay a lot for more ready made add on homes, like the tree house you can buy from the store. A selection of cabins and small homes to place in a prestige home (tenebrous isle for example) would be awesome.

I would like to be able to revert a prestige house back to deed form so I can put it into my shared bank and transfer it to a different character. Some of my characters I just don't play anymore yet I can't delete them because they have a prestige house attached to them
  11. Uwkete-of-Crushbone Well-Known Member

Hmm! Even if the deeds aren't Heirloom (or are they? I usually just get 'em for the only ones that need 'em, or they're free, like the MM place that came with the 7-year Vet package [which I wish they'd do for the 10th, if not for the 9th! Get us a portion of the Starter Isle, for instance!], and don't really notice), you ought to be able to remove any character you wish to...make the house go away, be able to sell it back (even at an SC loss, it'd still lift the Delete restriction), whatever. :-/

I think it was sometime earlier this year they were talking about reselling prestiege homes that had already been decorated by other players. But I think that idea went to the forgotten pools.
Personally, I like the idea of selling back for a slightly lesser amount of SC. Maybe a 1300 SC home, sell back at a 1000 SC kind of ratio. Or even a trade for a different home of same, or lesser value.

I think this is a great idea. Different theme from cabin to stone to shack to castle pre-made homes that can be positioned and placed in any prestige house (land).

I know many have been asking for the starter isle and cove of decay, but as far as a prestige house not zone or land is concerned I would love a house like The Ironforge estate. I want to add that the idea previously mentioned of the darklight forest tree is at the top of my list also.

There are some great ideas posted here!

Personally, I would love a prestige house with a classic kunarkian theme. How about something like Maiden's Chamber (Charasis)? The architecture is beautiful and quite unique from anything we currently have.

Great ideas here. I would also like to add that premade houses would be awesome for us to place in prestige housing that has no structures.

And, yes handing deeds over to alts would be groovy cool!!

Well, if they made Uber-Huge igloos of various sorts, and I imagine a half-sphere not only outside but inside as well would be really tricky, they can certainly make li'l pre-fab sort of buildings, akin to the Snowy Dwelling and the Fright House, but with maybe only one floor (but stackable?) and simpler architecture. ;)

I would really love to see a version of High Keep as a prestige house. The main hall is amazing. Also, a Skyshrine themed house. Not the existing instances, but rather an actual house using that architecture. Someone mentioned an island in the Sinking Sands, and I think Onerock Isle would be perfect. And even if we don't the Village of Shin, it'd be nice to have at least part of the Mystic Lake.

Another beautiful prestige home would be the Ironforge Estate in Qeynos. It would be fun to have a sprawling mansion with many rooms to decorate, where the ceilings were not too high and the rooms were not too large for the average wood elf.It also has great possibilities for decorating the gardens and grounds around the mansion. ;)

It would be nice to have all the old Qeynos suburbs back as prestige neighborhoods. I really miss my houses there.

I would like a version with the buildings myself. All the buildings already on the land. However, having two versions for sale, one with buildings and one without would appeal to the widest population I think.

I originally didn't like the Snowy Dwelling, but once I came up with a theme for it, I really liked it. I'd love a version of it (Not an exact replica, but something like it) without the Snow. Maybe fewer islands, or combined some of them into larger islands that we can Build more houses or stores or other Buildings on
