You sure the quest is alignment-restricted? I'm pretty sure I've done the evil quest on a good character, but if it is, that's what evil furniture alts are for. :)

Once you get the tree, both goblins will give you an option to buy another ticket for 1 plat, so you can buy as many trees as as you want.

I could build a house out of all the snowglobes I have! We don't need any more snowglobes. What I wish is that they were re-sizable though. Why aren't SNOWGLOBES re-sizable??? I would like to have have an array of sizes in my houses from small to massive!

We always need more snowglobes. Not everyone got them when they were around, and even those who did might need more. Especially the Qeynos and Freeport ones that are no-trade and were available the first year only.

    Ouch, yeah. :-/

Most of my toons aren't necessarily of a level where they can just waltz unimpeded into Neriak or Freeport if they're Good. ;->

On the other hand, there's no restrictions on how you can re-distribute the trees, so yeah, having an Evil furniture alt is a good thing (ironically)... ;->

    Well they could still be re-sizable . . .

I know those beautiful globes you get in Shard of Love are resizable...though they don't get super huge, so the option is available in game. Not sure why they elected to make the snowglobes to not be resizable. I would love to resize them as well. :)

I ended up with tons of snowglobes from last Frostfell, but there were only three kinds, if I recall correctly. I have a lot of other snowglobes, though, from when I played before...I think I even have a freeport and qeynos globe, though I'm not positive on that. I had lined main street in Emelea's Frostfell Village with tons of those globes but had to yank most of them up when I ran out of space to decorate, lol.

Edit: Oop, meant to quote Quiarrah. Oh well. :D

Here's a thought: I was railing about earlier on how it'd be nice if the stupid things (Gumdrop pets, I'm looking at YOU) that we get from Santa Glug now that are only HEIRLOOM, instead of Brokerable, could be at least Vendorable (and come to think, the Gumdrops can be, but not everything). Well, how's about making the pets, etc. be convertible into House Items (like any Mount)? That way, it wouldn't matter how many of these we keep getting. ;->

Now that...is the best idea I've heard yet for them. :D

Can you imagine a room full of Gumdrop house pets in a room full of Bouncers from the holiday events? :D

Hahaha actually yes, I can imagine it. Sounds pretty awesome! :D

They could totally do that in Frostfell and turn it into some kind of new FF quest or something, hehe. Call it "Gumdrops Gone Wild!" or some such thing.

Harvestable exchange like erolisi and nights of the dead, there are far too many different kinds of harvestables when you look at the personal depot for instance limits.

Except for maybe Frostfell (since the different ingredients are important to the different things to make, I get that ;->), I'd like to see all the holidays have exchangeable harvest "tokens"...though come to think, NotD and Erollisi Day would be the only things that could be considered "generic"; both Brewday and Bristlebane's use specific ingredients for specific items. Ah well; that's what more than one alt on a server's for: "Hey you! Plonk down another Depot somewhere, in your place, for the rest of us!" "But don't you already have--all right, FINE..."

    Uwk
whose alts do, indeed, talk back on occasion, like any other fictional characters... ;->

Ok, Devs, I've asked for some things in the past and they eventually turned up on the Marketplace, so now I am going to be very Specific and say I WANT CARPENTER RECIPES for the following items: Gingerbread furniture (couch, chairs, table, nightstand, bed, vanity, oven, cupboards, etc.). Drapable snow that conforms to the area you are placing it on (Roof, tree, etc), More ornament options for the trees (See my previous posts regarding these). Clear round bubbles that we can create our own snowglobes in. More wreath types (again, see my previous posts). Different styles of Frostfell plates, goblets, etc. And would love it if clothes could be turned in to house items like mounts!

And have them STAY there! It's nice that they "won't be taken out of our inventory," but there are times it sucks when they won't be taken out of our inventory... :-/

Oh, and on the snowglobe bubbles: make them SIZABLE, please; if the thingee we put in them doesn't size at the same time, well, we can do that on our own separately. ;->

How about a literal toggle Snow Glare Filter for the Frostfell Village now, please? Simply turning off one's personal torch isn't enough, the way it is for New Halas. :-/

    Uwk
not looking forward to being in the Village during the "daytime" again... X-P

Were there toppers for the trees added yet? Would love to see an assortment of "stars" or similar for the tops of our frostfell tree or just to "sit" somewhere. (the hanging stuff is too hard to place and must be turned upside down). I would also love to see the colors toned down a bit - a neon green (for example) on some of our frostfell items isn't something I would want to use more than a couple times - ever, but a nice soft green can be used year round and in several different settings. And... before I get blasted - I do realize this is an old post but didn't find a more appropriate one!
  19. Uwkete-of-Crushbone Well-Known Member

You know what I would like to see, re: green items (though I agree about the neon ones; it's just that my lighting has never been good enough to make me wince at those, at least)? We now have 56-slot Frostfell ingredient bags (which the Powers kept insisting couldn't be done...glad they found a way to do so!), and 55 ingredients. One they could bring back to us (Uwk has more than a few, and could show them the item, if not the code for it) is the Emerald Gem of Joy, to go with the Cerulean [Blue] Gem, the Onyx Gem, and the Scarlet Gem, and that would fill the slots completely. Plus, it would make INFINITELY more sense to make "green" items using a GREEN STONE, rather than faking it with blue, black, or even red stones. :-/

I'm so happy the devs gave us some of my wishes this year! Thank you! Now I need to ask for a few more things, though.

Smaller snowy pine trees to fit inside my snowglobes. The ones we have now are too big for the snowglobes

Still waiting on more decoration options for the trees and wreaths. Please see my previous posts for ideas.

More candy styles that can scale really small or really large, depending on what I use them for (I've used them for tiny pathing stones and as couches and stools)

Tree toppers! Again see previous posts

More plates, bowles, cups, goblets, etc with different festive patterns, as well as some in plain white, blue, silver, or gold
