Yea those are what I meant by baubles. I meant strings of "traditional" xmas lights, with the same lighting used in the trees and wreaths (like what we use the real world to decorate the outside of our houses). Those would be very cool imo.
I play EQ2 every year just for Frostfell. It has become a Christmas tradition to add decor to my holiday house. I logged on this year to prepare for it and I cannot get to my home in the Willow Wood. I am not sure if my stuff is lost or now.
When the Qeynos revamp happened all inns were moved to the Lions Mane Inn in SQ I believe. If I am not mistaken, there are inn rooms there with names to indicate they are the old inn rooms. For instance, if your room was in Willow Wood, it would be called "Willow Wood Inn Room" in the Lions Mane Inn. The only other housing in Qeynos is the SQ housing I believe.
Probably WAY too late for this year, but I'd love to see ice versions of the Antonia and Lucan statues.
If you hit C to open your character window and chose the house tab it will tell you your new address.

i wonder where my post in this topic went? vanished or deleted? there nothing hostile or dirty words? maybe it was too identical ideas by devs, wanting to keep it secret? perhap Floating "frozen islands" region concept was too close? with very slippery ice pool that we can skate on it? maybe they are working on last parts of Velious? same idea for frozen floating islands?

I read over this and don't have anything of my own to contribute lol so I'll just add my thumbs up to a couple of the ideas here. +1 Frostfell Crafting Tables for year-long crafting +1 Frostfell Harvest Depot!! Or better storage for the mass amount of crafting materials +1 Frostfell Prestige House (rainbows included or at least made placeable) +1 Strands of Garland +1 Gingerbread blocks (specifically TRIANGLES to fit those slanted roofs lol) +1 Wallpaper. Holiday themed and regular. This could be the start of a trend for the other holidays. +1 Trees that stay lit (really want this option on fireplaces too) +1 Slippery Ice Tiles (always makes me think of Super Mario lol) +1 Snow Cloud mount being set as an appearance FLYING mount (would like to see this done with all the cloud mounts really)
More stuff!! I do ice/snow themed rooms in my GH and I would like a pristine snowdrift that DOES NOT have a big snow clump under it!! I have an ice floor but to have it "snowing" I have have big ugly snow clumps. And snow TILES...maybe not flat, but small bumps (to look like snow with "step in snow" sound) and tiles that can also make snow like the pristine snowdrifts do...then i can make my park blend into a snowy outside!!! Snow covered trees/ bushes??? of course more ice stuff!!
Frostfell themed home PLEASE!!!! maybe a frostfell themed treehouse <3 the idea of a treehouse that can change lights/snow and has maybe a stove/fireplace in it. and windows that open and shut presents that open up and maybe have real gifties in them? like house presents presents we can maybe buy on the market for 50-100 SC and gift to our friends that are mystery house items mostly a frostfell themed home with the rainbow and music and snow and all that good stuff in it. please please please. frostfell is my fave time of the year
Garland similar to the light strands and hero fest streamers but made from evergreen looking material. Straight strings of lights instead of the drooped ones currently available. Craftable plain wreaths and trees and small things to decorate them with like balls that aren't on long strings. Square or rectangle frostfell themed rugs. Frostfell themed pillows. Ice skates (to wear in Frostfell village)
I'm new, so unlikely to be as savvy as others re what is possible or suitable for Frostfell. Nevertheless, I love the creativity in this game and I've been looking at the decor via the decorators site/housing leaderboards, and at the various prestige houses and mounts. I'll toss in a few newbtastic winter themed ideas. I'd love a new kind of leaping mount, maybe a snow bunny with cute floppy ears (if it's white, hopefully not with red eyes ). For a flying mount, I think the snow owl could be cool. For a pet idea, a winter kitten (maybe a fluffy persian) with a bow around it's neck could be sweet. Re house furnishings, it would be interesting to have wintery items that can be draped over furnishings/beds to make homes look more lived in. Eg. pretty blankets (woven or plush), or clothing items like jackets, scarves, or sweaters. Dinner plates containing served up festive meals might also be fun for setting tables with, as if the meal's been dished up and is ready to go. My daughter makes little sweaters for our cats to wear in winter, so pets with winter clothes on could be a lark. I'd be interested in a winter season house idea like a quaint country log cabin or cobblestone cottage (in the genre of artists like Kinkade: http://www.goodfon.com/wallpaper/235825.html, just for a general idea on house size and mood/environment - perfect for anyone who prefers smaller, more cosy prestige designer homes). Another housing idea might be to have an EQ2 fairytale castle, a general example could be Neuschwanstein: http://www.toysandlearning.co.uk/ravensburger-neuschwanstein-castle-in-winter-jigsaw-puzzle-1500.htm. I haven't checked out the clothing that's made for Frostfell yet, but figure wearable clothes like romantic furtrimmed capes with furtrimmed hoods (Up or Down) would be fun, so would fur trimmed mittens, ear muffs, and fur trimmed boots, all in bright colours - not like Santa, but other colours like icy pink, cerulean blue, black, amethyst, champagne, and aquamarine. I enjoyed everyone's ideas, they're super! Hopefully they'll be considered!
