Why is the Server Always crashing

I knew I shouldn't have logged in on the first day of an event. I ran out of time last year and I need as much time as possible to get enough Fools Gold for 5 more bunnies.

The zones were 'unstable' long before the patch. Why didn't they do this smoke testing a long time ago. Seems we keep getting more excuses after excuses.
