I know this is a small discrepancy, but the spell is still not working as intended. Shadow Trickery is our epic spell intended to increase the fervor of Whirling Blades by a fixed amount. It is still not doing so, for some reason the Whirling Blades seems to cap the amount instead of the actual boost as it is listed. Without Shadow Trickery: With Shadow Trickery: + 15 Fervor So as you can see, instead of adding +15 fervor as the spell is intending, it simply increases the Fervor to 20 regardless. So it makes leveling Shadow Trickery meaningless as the "cap" on Whirling Blades prevents it from going to the full amount. While it seems trivial, its just the point that it is not working as intended and with any number of fixes and patches coming from the Dev's, this seems a very simple fix that could be done. /fingerscrossed.
