Since a couple of weeks ago many players from Barren Sky server (Russin) have experienced an issue with missing art at Thurgadin Harbor. The harbor itself is not visible and all the NPCs are standing on the sea bed. This causes some problems - if someone stands by an NPC (for example trying to fly to the Withered Lands) he gets a responce that the NPC is too far. If the player tries to swim up where the NPC supposed to be then it's possible to hail the NPC but the dialogue options are not visible.
