Where does the collectible "Withering Glyph" drop?

    Where does the collectible "Withering Glyph" drop? EQ2U suggests Solusek Ro's Tower: Monolith of Fire [Heroic] and [Expert] as the only drop locations.

    Unfortunately, Monolith of Fire cannot be soloed. It takes at least three people to stand on the red rings to unlock the upper levels. I can solo the Obsidian Core Heroic and Expert, however.

    Can a dev confirm whether "Withering Glyph" is limited to Monolith of Fire, or whether it might also drop in Obsidian Core? I'd like to know whether to continue soloing Obsidian Core or whether I need to round up some friends to tackle Monolith of Fire.
