    Sorry I can't give you a name as I am not around my gaming computer, but it is the same NPC that sells all the other level 20 "special" abilities. So maybe ask your lvl 20+ friends where they got theirs?

    Post the NPC name and zone back here when you find it - or if someone else knows :smileywink:

    Im going completely off memory here but I think it was a guy in NQ near the SQ zone door standing by a tree. his name is Trainer something. Do your tracking and look for a guy with Trainer as first name.

    I found him yesterday. His name is Trainer McBresler, he's standing by a tree near the entrance to the Temple of Life in North Qeynos. Have fun!
