where can I find a popcorn ball?

    I've noticed some of the Halloween treats from the purple shinys are different in kelethin and qyenos, I was just wondering where the popcorn ball tends to show up.

    You can get them picking up purple shineys in cities and Nek Beach.

    There is indeed an achievement that requires the popcorn ball.
