Where am I most likely going to get mount training drops?

    Are there areas/quests/mobs that won't ever drop these? Where should I focus my attention?

    Overseer Missions and Heritage Crates are the most productive sources for training potions for mounts, spell research, mercenaries, and familiars.

    I'm referring to the Gear Up Level Up bonuses. This week is set to dole out double loot and for a limited time mount training drops. Are these not dropping in any mobs?

    Oh! Those are dropping in RoS solos pretty frequently. You have to use them pretty much right away or else lose them, you can't stockpile them for next expansion.

    do any and all missions in RoS: instance missions, daily, weekly, drop quests, poi quest and even try the tradeskill quests they used to drop, havent tested this time around
