When will "chat with guild" come back?

I miss the XMPP accessible feature of chatting with guildmates without logging into the eq2 client. When will this return please?

The sooner the better! This was definitely the most useful part of Players.

I hope when they add it they include a Java/what-not guild chat that can be accessed from your char page. Including selecting character to login/chat as.
Features also looking to see are guild administrative functions. Being able to promote, demote, invite, kick, see bank logs, basically all guild tab functions on Guild interface and that can be done from command line in-game.
