What's the point of having auto attack gear on the Tarinax Server?

    Do we really need auto attack gear on Tarinax for either PVE or PVP? It seems like it's a waste for most classes on this server.

    Please point out where is it's better than reuse, casting speed or ability mod in PVE or PVP? I would like to know.
