What exactly is this feature?

    Will this feature ever lead to a way of buying platinum (or other coins) from SOE?
    Are the available item (now and in the future) going to be Appearance slot only? And if not are they going to be better than master crafted? Will you be able to buy fabled / mythical items?
    At the moment I'm a little confused (and a little dissappointed) as to why SOE even went down this route (apart from the obvious reason of making cash!).
    Is there any place to get a LOT more information of what this feature offers now and what it is likely to evolv to in the future?
